“I am writing to convey our delight and enthusiasm in relation to the re-fit of MY Nero by Laura Pomponi and her team at Luxury Projects.
Laura and her team have an eye for detail that even stretched to tableware and decorative solutions for table centres. All decorative aspects of the boat were included.
More importantly Laura was able to stick rigidly to a budget and keep costs always in perspective.
We both struggled with getting the lighting right. Laura and her team carefully analysed each choice until they came up with the perfect solution. Together with the shipyard in Barcelona and a very flexible on board crew Laura made everything happen within a very short time frame. Luxury Projects work with people and not against them. Our staff on board Nero were very respectful of Laura and our team felt she had really worked very hard to deliver for us on time and with quality workmanship.
Laura works well with others and is a team player. Laura is keen to always match her vision with the requirements of the owner and the realities of chartering. Her keen knowledge of the industry was very helpful in choosing fabrics, carpets and other decorative details.
I would have no hesitation recommending Laura and Luxury Projects to any other prospective client.
Laura is a true professional. She is organised, aware of clients time pressures, well prepared in advance of all meetings and knowledgeable and professional in her choice of suppliers and materials. Laura is a no nonsense lady who is a consummate perfectionist. She put her heart and soul into this restoration of our beautiful Nero. We are all so very pleased with the end result. Our boat has maintained her beauty elegance poise and atmosphere, however, with Laura’s magical touch she has become even more elegant and definitely more inviting to the kind of contemporary clients that are always attracted to Nero“
