Amels 200 walkthrough

We take a deep dive into the interior design process behind the first collaboration between this shipyard and luxury Italian designer.

Despite the current COVID-19 outbreak, work continues on Amels LE200 with safety precautions in place to ensure the promised delivery date is met. With the vessel’s outfitting is underway, we took some time to take a deeper look inside this shipyard’s first interiors collaboration with Italian interiors specialist, Laura Pomponi of Luxury Projects

Proficient at furnishing and decorating the interiors of yachts, homes and offices, Luxury Projects visualised and fabricated the interiors of Amels 200 and will carry the project from concept right through to the final touches.

Our mission is to translate emotions and desires into physically beautiful forms as you think them, as you see them, as you want them,” says Luxury Projects Founder, Laura Pomponi.

Caring for our unique clients means producing top class results.”

Taking influence from culture and travel, the Luxury Projects team curates relatable spaces befitting of the vessel. For this particular project, Laura and her team fashioned natural woods, leather and fabric to contrast glossy liquid metal finishes and bronze profile detailing.

Creating a livable space to accommodate 12 guests across a 970GT interior space, Luxury Projects has kept interiors warm and inviting with nautical nuances throughout. The thread of “earthy colours” runs right through the interior scheme. Natural woods, leather and fabric walls match panels of satin matt finish for a soothing and sophisticated ambience.
